A prestigious, competitive “bragging rights” golf event…
The Meadowlands Cup is a spectacular trophy – perched atop a tiered wooden base – that will bear the engraved name of the winning company and its players for the next 20 years! The Cup will be prominently and proudly displayed for thousands to see each year within the 2040 Foundation’s Innovation Learning Center at the new MCHQ.
Benefitting the 2040 Foundation
The Meadowlands Cup reinforces the 2040 Foundation’s focus to encourage and support the competitive drive of entrepreneurs, innovators, and disruptors, so that they can emerge and prosper.
The 2040 Foundation is a 501c3 not-for-profit corporation and an affiliate of the Meadowlands Chamber.
The mission of the Meadowlands 2040 Foundation is to provide leadership, awareness and engagement with the communities of the greater Meadowlands region regarding a long-term vision focusing on sustaining a robust economy through the year 2040.
The Meadowlands Cup will become a part of the Meadowlands Region’s legacy of prestigious sporting events, dating back to The Marlboro Cup Grand Prix, The Final Four, The Hambletonian Harness Horse Race, WrestleMania, Super Bowl XLVIII, and World Cup ’94.
